もう皆さんはご存知だと思いますけど、日本国内でテニスのプロリーグをやろうって動きが去年から出てきましたね。
それで第１回目のプレイベントを行う為のクラウドファンディングが始まっていたので、早速シャツを応援購入しました。
長袖のシャツとかパーカーとか、果てにはプロが座るコートベンチで一緒に観戦権まであるので（笑）、単なる寄付と言うよりかはグッズ集めも兼ねて気軽に応援し易いですね。
シャツ１枚じゃ物足りない気がするんで後で追加しちゃうか。
日本国内でのプロリーグ開催を目指すＰＴＬ、どんな大会を目指すかと言うと、テニスをあまり知らない人にも楽しんでもらえるように工夫すると言い。
ちょっと気がかりなのが全試合１０ポイントタイブレークの３セットマッチ、男女シングルス、男女ダブルス、ミックスの５試合を２時間ぐらいでやろうって目標らしい。
男女のトッププロが同じチームで戦うってのは良いなと思うのですが、２時間かぁ・・・短くない？
なんて思うものの、まあテニスの試合って言われてみれば１試合がめちゃ長いわね・・・
でも全日本とか楽天オープンとか、一日中入り浸るのもまた乙ってものじゃないですか・・・で、ケツが痛くなるんですよね（笑）若干苦行気味なのもやっぱ否定できないやーはっはｗ
それと、このＰＴＬで主張されているのが「テニスのファンを増やす」「音響等の演出を取り入れる」「エンターテイメント性を取り入れる」といった事。
そして江原プロ・・・こういうイベントって前にもあったなあ・・・って思ったのがこちら。
もう2019年の話なんですね、テニスイノベーションがまさにそういうイベントでした。
昨年も楽天オープンと日本リーグが無く、全日本は無観客という中でそれでもプロの独自大会がいくつも開催されて、日本のテニス界、プロ達の奮闘が見られました。
そして出てきた日本のプロリーグ、未来に見据えるはプロ野球やＪリーグのような人気・・・それがそこまで簡単に上手くいくのならバスケや卓球はもっと凄い人気になっているだろうから、まあ難しいでしょうけども。
でも日本のテニス選手には実力に見合った人気がもっとあるべきでしょ。
この一歩が１０年後２０年後のテニスの大ブームに繋がってくれたら楽しい事になるでしょきっと。
難しい事だとは思いますが自分はめっちゃ期待しています。
