打つボールもさることながら、フォア、バック、ボレー、そしてサーブ、どのプレーでのフォームも気持悪いなって思っているのでよく修正を試みていてこの様だ。
サーブの時トロフィーポジションを作るまで我慢できずすぐ打っちゃうのが僕の悪い癖。
いや、あとテイクバックもラケットが背中側へぶら～んとしちゃって変な位置にあるじゃないか、見栄えがすごく悪い、という事で修正ですよ。
すごく気になっちゃうもんね見栄えはね。
最近はマシになりつつあるけどサーブの確率の悪さ、跳ねないスピンサーブ、１５０ｋｍ／ｈのファースト、色々課題は山積みなのである。
ラケットが体の内側に留まるように修正。少しは見た目マシになったかな？
こうすると結構ボールに回転が伝わるようになった、気がするが、慣れてなくてすぐにフォームが崩れる。
今まで変なフォームでやり過ぎてちゃんとしたフォームになれない。
しかし改めて見てみると修正前の方が体の捻りがあったのにそれを捨てちゃってないかこれ。
どっちも無意識ですが。

第三者目線とか、後から動画で見直すと変な事してるな～って事が本当にザラ。

それにしても僕、何度も何度も自分のフォーム見てるつもりだけど、少し気をつけてもいつの間にか元通りってずっと繰り返してる。
打ち方なんて人によってそれぞれ、ストロークになれば相手のボールによって打ち方は変わってくるのだからフォームなんてどんどん崩れて・・・とは言いつつもやっぱり土台はちゃんとしておいた方が安定しそうである。
見栄えの修正から少しでもボールが自分のイメージ通りにいってくれれば、コントロールがよくなってくれれば・・・
