昨日は2年ぶりのフルマラソン、古河はなももマラソンに参加してきました。
不整脈手術を終えて約1年、今の所異常もないのと以前と同じとは言えないですがそこそこスピードを出して走れるようになったので参加しました。
それなりに練習もして下準備は完璧。
やはりここはサブ4を目指してスタートしたのですが実はスタート前から落とし穴がありました。
なんと金曜日から風邪をこじらせてしまいました。
最初は花粉症がまたひどくなったのかと思っていたのですがスタート前の喉の痛みは花粉症と何かぎ違う…
コンビニで風邪薬を買いまた会場に着いてだめ押しにとユンケルを飲みました。
考えてみたらこれがいけなかったようです。
10キロ手前で軽くジェルを取ろうとしたら口に入れた瞬間朝食べた物を全部戻してしまいました。
おそらく強烈なカフェインが胃を刺激したのだと思います。
その後段々とスピードが出なくなりました。
何回もジェルを取ろうとするのですが胃がまったく受け付けず…
結局歩きはしなかったもののノロノロ走りでゴール。
4時間36分でした。
う〜ん、フルは難しいですね。
悔しい思いでいっぱいです。
だけど不整脈手術からの復帰第1戦で完走した事を良しとするのか。
コンディション調整がうまくいかなかった事を反省するのか…
この二つを考えていたらなかなかブログを書けずにいました。
これらを含め今後のためにまこれからしっかり練習して来シーズンのフルマラソンは自己ベストを目指したいと思います！
