4月は～～～テニスは一昨日の1回だけ！
月1プレーヤーのクレーでザマス。
怪我したら休む！という事を学んだのでしっかり守ってございます。偉い！！！！
てな訳で一ヶ月ぶりにテニスしたけど、昔はそんなに間か空いたら何もかもリセットで積み重ねが台無しでサヨナラって思ってたけど、予想よりは悪くない。
ある程度間が空いてもある程度はできる、そういうレベルにようやくなれたのか、なんなのか知らんけど。
ま～～～練習しててもボールとの距離も体の動かし方も何もかも不恰好でヘタクソなんですけどね。
そしてやはり、調子に乗ったか復帰二度目のテニスではイイとこ無し。
めったにやらないハードコートなのもそうだが、ボールがことごとく速くて対応できず。
最近気になってんだけど、速いボールが来ると即無力と化す。
全く対処できないし、今日もタイミング一切合わなくてリターンでミス連発、ストロークもミス連発。
対処法って…こーゆーのってただ慣れるだけか。
テンポとかリズムとか…
テンポ系で一番苦手なのはスピンサーブ。
跳ねるサーブに対しマジで無力になる。
対策のしようがないじゃんってね…
速い球も跳ねるサーブも、打てる練習相手を見つけろってかね。
あとあと、久しぶりにもトレーニングルームに通う。
どのぐらいやればいいのか？とか全く素人だけどとりま体の節々が痛むなら効果は出てくれるのかな。
