日本のプリンスの２０１６年版カタログもアップされましたね。
昨年テキストリームシリーズが出たのでツアー系の新作は特に見当たらず・・・と思ったら後ろの方にＥＳＰを搭載したツアーアタックとハリアープロ１００Ｔを発見。
でも見た目いかにもテキストリームぽかったのによく見ると使用テクノロジーはＥＳＰのみ、まさかの非テキストリームラケット。
ウィルソンのプロスタッフ９７ＬＳ(非ダブルブレイド製法)の時も思ったけど、ストリングパターン少ないタイプって何故こうなんでしょうかね。
プロスタッフはプロスタッフなんだから突き抜けるべきラケットだし(９７Ｓで実現したけど)、プリンスもＯ３とＥＳＰとテキストリームで超攻撃型に特化しても需要あると思う、何度も書いてるけど。
その点ヘッドはちゃんと競技系のイメージを落とさずにストリングパターン減らしてくれているから良いですよね。
しかし当初はスピンモンスターなんて言われたけど結局プロで使用している選手そんなに出てきていないみたいですね。
プリンスではもうＥＳＰはツアータイプに含まれていないみたいなので残念。
前面に押し出しているテキストリームも平たく言えばヘッドの後追いみたいなものになってしまいますが、今後もシンプルかつ高性能で勝負していくのか、それとも革命的なラケットをまた生み出してくれるのか、プリンスの今後の展開(主にEXO3グラファイト)に期待したいところです。

てっきりＥＸＯ３の違いのみだろうとしか見ていなかったのでちょっと衝撃でした。
(名前が紛らわしいのは前からですけどね。)
そんな訳でなるほど、ハリアープロとウォーリアは一緒なのか・・・と思ったのも束の間。
・重量：双方３００ｇ・・・同じだね。
・バランスポイント：プロが320mmに対しウォーリア315mm・・・海外スペックと差があるのはよくある事だね。
・フレーム厚：プロは24-26-23mmなのに対しXR-Jは23-24-22mm・・・XR-Jの方が薄くてもO3効果で振り抜きめっちゃ良さそうだし飛ぶだろうなー
で、ウォーリアは24-26-22mm・・・・ん？
これって形状違うんじゃ・・・？誤差の範囲・・・？
