先週秩父に行った話の続き。
西武秩父駅より浦山ダムを自転車で目指す。
秋の紅葉狩りが目的でしたが秩父到着初っ端から山道サイクリング。
特急列車に乗ることが第一目標で例によって大した下調べをしなかった２人ですが、後で調べたら長瀞がとても紅葉で有名だそうで。
正反対の方向に来ちゃいましたね今回。
宮ヶ瀬ダムでもよく見たけどキュッとなる高さ。
お昼ご飯は浦山ダムカレー。
ダムカレーって何じゃそりゃ！高ぇなテンション！！って思いましたが、調べてみるとダムカレーって結構定番らしいですね。
そんな世界があったとは・・・日本ダムカレー協会なんてサイトもありますよ。
宮ヶ瀬ダムでは聞いた事無かったのに・・・と思ったらこれも調べたら出てきましたよ宮ヶ瀬ダムカレー！あるんか！！
地元マイスターへの道のりは遠し・・・
秩父駅方面へ帰還し街を散策しているとレトロな建物を発見。
有形文化財となっている建物が沢山立ち並ぶ。
馬場町を抜けて秩父神社。
夕方に西武秩父駅へゴール。
一日中走り回ったので自称温泉ジャンキーの友人の提案で駅併設の温泉へ。
温泉が駅に直結している事に驚きですが、案内を見たら宿泊もできるらしい。駅でそこまでするの。
家に帰る前に風呂に入っちゃう、平日にこれをやったら気持いいだろうな～いつか花金に一度やってみようか。
そして帰り。
行きは快速急行でしたが帰りは意を決してロマンスカー。渋い色。
普通列車乗ったほうが出るのも着くのも速いけど気にしちゃいけない。
初めてのロマンスカーで最前席をゲット。
足を伸ばせなくてちょっと窮屈でしたが・・・何度も乗っている路線であるものの新鮮な景色でした。
