梅雨明けたそうで、この土日は酷い暑さでしたね。
梅雨明けなくても７月は暑くてテニス後はダウンしてたんですけどとうとう本番です。
あまりにもテニス後がボロボロなので水分補給多くしたり帽子被ったりして自衛策講じてますが、少し前までは一日中テニスできたのにどうしたものかと思っています。
一応去年も数ヶ月はトレーニングルームに通っていたのですがこの暑さ対して体力が足りていない・・・。
それどころか何だか最近はせっかくロールで買ったデビルスピンが硬く感じるようになってきました。
丁度良い食い付きと跳ね返りがあると思っていたのですがその感覚が感じられなくてまるで板のような打球感。
２４歳なのに体力足りないわデビルスピン硬いわで、まさか衰え・・・なんて事はないでしょうが、どうにか夏を乗り切らないとと考えた結果、
やむなくセンサーをパージ・・・

最近は２セットで体力が限界になってしまっていましたが、この軽さならもう少し楽できそう。
