昨日行ってきました、今年３度目の有明(笑)
現トップ１０はモンフィスしかいないものの、ゴフィン対チリッチ、キリオス対モンフィスというやたらと濃い顔ぶれ。
昨年はＡＴＰサンデーの練習でしかトップ１０のテニスを見ませんでしたがようやくガチ試合を初観戦してきました。
本日の席。
コートエンド席ですけど超端っこ、というか一番端っこ。
北側だったらもっと真ん中寄りで見れる確率あったんだろうな。
こっち側の席はセンターはVIP席。
うーむ、こうなったら来年は大奮発してもっと高い席を・・・(笑)
とは言うものの、自分が思っていたより全然選手に近い席で迫力があったので満足でした。
そう言えば東レ見に行った時は北側の２階Ｓ席でしたが、ほぼ同じアングルでした(笑)
あっ、去年も斜め後ろじゃん！？
そろそろ有明の真後ろ取りたいぞ！
試合前にお昼ご飯。
仙台で毎回頂く牛タンについつい手が出ちゃいました。
後はポップコーンつまんだりクレープ食べたり。
凄かった試合は何と言ってもキリオス対モンフィス。
凄いショットを打つキリオスとなんかもう動きがおかしいモンフィスの試合となると、それはもうファインプレーの連発だろうとは思っていましたが。
やはり目の前で見ると驚きの連続。
キリオスのフォアハンド、たまに動画で見る時は「変なフォームだなぁ」ととんでもなく失礼な印象を持っていましたが、生で見るとますますおかしい。
変なタイミングというか、急にスイングが始まって強打が繰り出される。
高めの球も低めの球も、何でこんな所で強打・・・？と思ったら、決まるんですよね。
ボールが凄い勢いのまま変な軌道になる。どんなスピンだよ。
どっからでも攻撃できて、意のままの如くちゃんとコートに入る。
キリオスは打てるコースの範囲がおかしいと思います。
あれぞまさにトップレベルのテニス。今まで見た中で一番意味が分からないテニスでした。
そしてサーブも２００ｋｍ／ｈ台連発、２２０ｋｍ／ｈ台が出始めた時はもはや勢いあり過ぎて会場中が苦笑いしていたように思えます。
大阪なおみの２００ｋｍ／ｈサーブはオオーッとなっていたのですが、キリオスのテニスには観客が圧倒されていたと思います。
ここまで書いといてモンフィスに全く触れていませんが、やはり自分は攻撃的なテニスが好きらしい。
自分がやるとただの単細胞テニスですが。
モンフィスも到底人間技とは思えないアクロバティックな姿が誰しも頭に浮かぶと思うのですが、初っ端から平然と２００ｋｍ／ｈ台のサーブを打っていて普通にヤバい。
フォアも打つ時はドスン、しかし基本的には守備寄り。
そして二人ともドロップ好き過ぎ、両者共に動きが多い。
そして昨日の試合でも話題になったのがキリオスの股抜き。
キリオス自身、前の試合でもアウトのボールを股抜きして点にしたらしいですし、この日もポイント終わったボールを何故か股抜きで返していたりしてやたらと股抜きアピールしてました。
もうロブを追いかけている時点で観客も期待しておおっ？と煽っていたと思います(笑)
そしてしっかり応えるキリオス、返した後もファインプレーで歓声は止まず。
動画で上がっていたのを振り返ってみましたが会場の盛り上がりはもっと凄かった気がします。
二人ともプレーが多彩で、ダイナミックで、テニスに魅力が詰まっています。
ずっと歓声が上がりっぱなし。僕は口開けっ放し 
錦織不在でどうなる事かと思われていた楽天ですが、あれはまさしくスター選手の試合でした。
自分はフェデラー、ナダル、マレー、もっと言えばデルポトロ、ヒューイット、古くはサンプラス、アガシ、マイケル・チャン、マッケンロー、エドバーグ(すげぇ時代だな)
彼らが来日した試合をまだ見た事ありませんので、彼らがどれだけ日本の観客を沸かせてきたかは分かりませんが・・・キリオスとモンフィスの試合ほど盛り上がった試合を見るのは初めてでした。
悉く自分如きの知るテニスを超越してくる世界トッププロの試合、生で見れて感動しました。
今日はゴフィン対キリオスの決勝、ゴフィンの人気も凄かったです。
決勝も凄く盛り上がることかと思います。
ゴフィンは先週も軽く打っている姿は見たのですが、試合になると目にも留まらぬ速さのフットワークでボールに喰いつき、攻撃を仕掛ける。
チリッチとの試合も最初パワーに圧されて劣勢かと思いきや、よく見たら平然と２００ｋｍ／ｈ台のサーブ打っていてキープ。
自分の印象だと決勝はキリオス優勢、あの勢いを止めるのは至難の業だと思います。
ゴフィンも攻撃的なスタイルですが、やはり自分は攻撃＆パワーテニス大好きでついつい贔屓してしまう 
キリオスのテニスに圧倒された一日でした。
